These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Minecraft server hosting platform. By registering or purchasing any plan, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. Minecraft Server Plans
- Each plan (Sand, Gold, Diamond) includes specific server specs (RAM, storage, slots).
- Servers exceeding their plan limits may be paused or upgraded with user consent.
3. Payments and Refunds
- All payments are processed securely via our payment partners.
- Refunds are only issued in case of technical failure or service unavailability, within 7 days of purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use servers for illegal activities, hacking, or distributing malware.
- Abuse, spam, or attacking other servers will result in immediate termination.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, occasional maintenance or outages may occur. We are not liable for data loss or downtime caused by third-party services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, without prior notice.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the new terms.
